You retain ownership of the contacts, content, and campaigns you create. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate and provide the Service, including routing emails through our automation provider. You are solely responsible for the legality of your content and the consent status of your recipients.
The Service coordinates email delivery through third-party automation (n8n) and provider connections (such as Google). We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery success, or delivery timing. Email delivery depends on factors outside our control, including provider limits and recipient mail servers.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, for abusive or unlawful activity, or as otherwise required by law. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI MailPro and its owners, employees, and providers from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Service provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
