• Usage data: campaign activity, emails sent, and interaction statistics needed to operate and improve the Service.
• Technical data: IP address and a device identifier used for account security and to prevent abuse.
• Payment data: If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To send emails and run campaigns on your behalf, using the automation service (n8n) you configure.
• To provide support, respond to inquiries, and communicate about your account or the Service.
• To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including fraud and abuse prevention.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service you requested), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), consent (where you have given it, for example for optional communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

To operate the Service we share limited data with the following trusted processors:

• Google — for Google sign-in, Gmail/Sheets integration, and OAuth token validation.
• n8n — our workflow automation provider, which processes your email-sending jobs and delivers send-status reports back to the Service.
• Stripe — for processing subscription payments. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting provider — servers that store the Service database and files.

These providers process data only to deliver their services and may have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes your campaigns, contacts, sender accounts, and personal information from the Service. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

We use local browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
